The upper layer is
manufactured from Vasco 60, the Visco-Elastic Cellular
Polymer, which has the desirable qualities of being both
energy absorbing and temperature sensitive. This high density
material responds to natural body heat and forms to the body’s
shape creating a reflection of the body contours. No matter
what the body weight, the Vasco spreads the sleeper’s weight
so that when equilibrium is achieved, the sleeper is subjected
to the least possible pressure.
The thicker
supportive lower layer is made from the market leading
high-resilient Reflex (APT melamine-free material). This
provides the support and flexibility for the Vasco upper
layer.
The mattress is
available in different degrees of firmness to suit
individual body weights.

Pink and
Yellow for a softer feel, approximately body weight of 12
stone.

Grey and Yellow
for a medium/feel, approximately body weight of 15 stone.
c)
For people
wanting an extra firm feel we can specially manufacture a
White and Yellow to suit heavier body weights.
All firmnesses come
in two different depths. We manufacture an 8” thick mattress
with 70mm of memory foam on 130mm of reflex foam or a luxury
9.5” thick mattress with 90mm of memory foam on 150mm of
reflex foam.
